Trust 1622's management team sets high standards for its employees, contractors, consultants, directors of the board of the Manager and members of the Technical Committee.

Implicit in this philosophy is the importance of sound corporate governance. Trust 1622's management team have a fiduciary responsibility to  certificate holders to oversee the efficient operation of Trust 1622’s business and protect the value of its assets. To fulfill these responsibilities, the management team follows the procedures and standards that are set forth in the governance documents included below. Trust 1622’s Technical Committee has endorsed these governance documents and policies.

The management team regularly reviews and updates these governance documents to ensure that they remain consistent with the business’ objectives.
